My daughter has been a student of Megan’s dance Studio for the past three years. She started when she was three and is now nearly 6. Throughout this time Megan has been proven to be a kind, hardworking and compassionate teacher and person.
There have been lots of occasions where I have arrived to drop my daughter to her dance class and she is upset and overwhelmed. Within moments of seeing Megan she is a bright and happy little girl again and ready to participate in her class. This is definitely because of Megan’s gentle and fun personality in being able to distract and encourage Aaliyah so much so that she doesn’t want to leave when the class is over!!
I have watched how Megan responds to and each child within her classes and how much she is focused on ensuring that each student is happy and confident and to help them be the best dancer they can be. She genuinely has each child’s best interest at heart and handles any challenges thrown at her swiftly and smoothly.
Megan goes above and beyond to plan out of class activities, to which all students are invited, throughout the year including outings to the movies, stage shows and additional specialised dance classes. Megan also organises and hosts a trivia night to help with fundraising for her end of year concert which is always an amazing event!
I honestly cannot recommend Megan highly enough, she creates such a positive and fun environment it is no wonder that her dance school is growing and everyone enrolled at the dance school stays there and doesn’t want to look for classes elsewhere!
As the New Year and classes start up again we are so excited to see what Megan has planned for this year, and it will as it always has been be an amazing year for Megan’s dance studio!!
